You will need to submit the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Speaker Disclosure for each Presenter<\/li>\n<li>Email address for each Presenter<\/li>\n<li>Bio for each Presenter<\/li>\n<li>Product Disclosure<\/li>\n<li>Abstract &#8211; Limit 150 words<\/li>\n<li>Learner Outcomes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Carefully read all instructions before completing and submitting this form. (Note: Failure to follow instructions may result in rejection of the proposal.) Questions can be directed to the KSHA Office.<\/p>\n<p>Primary correspondence will be through email, please provide accurate contact information for this purpose. If you have questions regarding your submission, contact the KSHA Office at <a href=\"mailto:kshaoffice@ksha.info\">kshaoffice@ksha.info<\/a> or 800-837-2446.<\/p>\n<p><strong>KSHA&#8217;s policies for accepting papers:<br \/>\n<\/strong>Presenters living in the state of Kentucky, must be a current KSHA member.<\/p>\n<p>The Convention Committee will be guided in the selection of submissions by quality, subject matter, timelines, content, popular demand, program balance, and broad-based membership participation.\u00a0Presenters must present in the time period and format assigned by the Convention Committee.\u00a0Proposals that are incomplete or do not follow the guidelines will be returned to the primary presenter for completion or correction.\u00a0KSHA does not accept late submissions.\u00a0Please observe all deadlines.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If your proposal is accepted:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe appropriate Convention Team Member will notify you via email no later than September 30 to confirm the days\/times of your presentation. Chosen presenters will need to acknowledge the notification confirming the details of their presentation (s).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>All presenters are required to register and pay the appropriate convention registration fee.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>All presenters are required to bring a computer.\u00a0 Due to the cost, KSHA is unable to provide a computer for your presentation.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Handout Information:<\/strong><br \/>\nKSHA will post all presenter handouts prior to the Convention.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Handouts must be sent in an electronic format to the KSHA Office.<\/li>\n<li>Omit unnecessary images and photos.\u00a0Include only those relevant to the topic.\u00a0If your presentation contains a large number of images resulting in a large file, we may find it necessary to convert your handouts to text only.<\/li>\n<li>Forward handouts to <a href=\"mailto:kshaoffice@ksha.info\">kshaoffice@ksha.info<\/a>\u00a0no later than January 30, 2027.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>NOTE:<\/strong> If selected, information from your submission\u00a0will be used in printed material provided at the Convention.
